WOOHOO

I love the canucks. Can't believe they won. Such a nerve racking game though. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. All the things they needed came together as Cowan provided the grit and hits I was asking for, Linden had the passion and determenation and the Sedins stepped up with some points. The team stepped up and did their job as Alain Vigneault asked and they looked like a killing machine. Looking forward to the next clash with anaheim I see a tough series. The Ducks are planning to use guys like Parros and May to fight there way to the final but with the penalties there calling these days they may have trouble. The refs are calling everything and if Anaheim doesnt play clean they will be playing a whole series with 4 men on the ice. IUf the Canucks can get there powerplaqy together they should take advantage of this. Can't wait for Round 2. Lalala Luongo!

We are all Canucks

Game 7

Well its game 7 time. I'm dissapointed at the caqnucks lack of effort in there last game but I hope they pull through tonight. To pull through we are gonna need a little grit from guys like Burrows aand Cowan to get some intensity, fire and passion into this game which i believe we are lacking in. Also we are gonna need the Sedins to step up and get some goals. To win we need these guys to get 2 or 3 goals and then fall back on Luongo rather then just falling back on luongo right at the start. I'm kinda busy as i have other things to do but I can't wait for the game and heres hoping to stretch our season a little longer.

Go Nucks

Lost again

Damn! Come on Canucks. We gotta win someday. I want this series. I'm starting to panic. Where are the Sedins? They gotta chip in if we have a chance to win. They are our key players, they are our goalscorers. The only reason we won those 2-1 games in the regualr season was because of them. They have to arrive for game 77 or we are done. Also we need some grit. I am rarely seeing guys finishing there checks out there. It would be great if Matt Cooke came back to provide us witht the energy. Sometimes i just feel like a canuck has to step up and throw a big hit, Matt Cooke was doing it before he got injured and that is what was helping us win. Theres other ways to get energy to though. Maybe Mitchell, or Cowan, or Bieksa could go fight someone. We need a little passion in the game. When I'm watching most of our guys are floating and not finishing checks and not hitting. We need some heart and soul in the game. Lets go out and pummel DAllas in game 6 with hits and fights and battles up the boards and some tpough plays. We will win if our guys show some determination. Heres hoping for game 7.

Game 6 Tonight

The Canucks play game 6 tonight in Dallas with a chance to eliminate the Stars. Personally, I believe they can finish the series tonight. First of all the home team has dne horrendous in this series. Out of the 5 games so far, only once has the home team one. Dallas, being the home team tonight, has also lost all of there last 6 playoff home games. Also, its starting to sound as if Cooke could be in the lineup tonight. If he is I think he could add alot of jumpto our team. We could use his grittiness on the ice and maybe he could get Brendan Morrison scoring again. There is one key thing though we need to win. The Twins have to get scoring. These guys scored most of our goals throught hte season getting 2 or 3 a night so we could win those 2-1/3-2 games. If our top guys can't score, I don't believe our bottom 6, or even 9 will be able to help much on the offensive as they haven't consistently through the year.
